Made from the most beautiful materials we can source, we make the bags we dream of.

Preserve the beauty of your item by following the below care instructions.

We recommend storing your item in the dust bag provided and keep in a cool, well aired position, out of direct sunlight. Gently stuff with acid free tissue paper to keep the silhouette looking fresh.

Avoid water, grease, cosmetics, alcohol, perfumes and abrasive surfaces. Avoid contact with oil, heat, sand and prolonged periods of direct sunlight.

Should your leather come in contact with water, wipe down immediately to avoid any marking or expansion. To be safe, it is best to take care to avoid contact with perfumes or cosmetics too.

Condition every 6-12 months with a conditioning product (always test on an inconspicuous are first) to keep the leather looking lush and glossy.

Scuffs can interrupt the luxurious appeal of a patent or high shine accessory; however, they can be removed with little effort. If your patent bag, purse or accessory is looking a little dull, a wipe with a damp cloth may be all you need to remove dust and build up and restore the original shine.

If there are more concentrated scuffs to tackle, specially formulated patent leather cleaners are available. Alternatively, simple household items can also be very effective: Apply petroleum jelly or olive oil to the affected area with a soft cloth, leave for a few minutes then gently buff away.

Beautiful and durable, wipe down any spills or marks with a soft cloth. To be safe, it is best to take care to avoid contact with perfumes or cosmetics too.

A beautiful LWG certified Italian leather with a timeless, heritage appeal.

Avoid contact with water, grease, cosmetics, alcohol, perfumes and abrasive surfaces. Avoid direct contact with oil, heat, sand and prolonged periods of direct sunlight. Avoid contact with materials which may transfer colour pigments.

This leather will have a softened feel over time, but storing or forcing the shape incorrectly can cause creasing. It is important to protect the silhouette of bags (store stuffed with tissue to preserve the shape).

Never store your belts curled up. Curling the belt will produce creases and creaks and aid in ageing. The best way to store your belts is by hanging them.

This environmentally friendly method of tanning dates back to ancient times and produces beautifully aged leather that is soft, smooth, durable and strong.

To remove dust, stains or dirt, first wipe down your item with a clean dry soft cloth. Do not expose the product to high heat, ie. direct sunlight as this causes the leather hide to crinkle and dry out excessively.

Do not use water or soap. Chemicals from some soaps can ruin leather over time and excessive water can damage the leather.

Avoid contact with materials which may transfer colour pigments.

Leather in lighter tones is more susceptible to colour transfer from darker coloured clothing. For Dark coloured leathers avoid rubbing  light coloured clothing as colour can transfer onto the fabric. Whilst avoid rubbing dark coloured clothing against light coloured leathers, as this may mark and stain the light coloured leather.

While gold does not tarnish and will retain its original colour forever, special care is needed to ensure your 9ct gold jewellery keeps its original shine.

Practising daily care will guarantee your gold jewellery a longer and most lustrous life.

Daily wearing tips

Put on your gold jewellery last. Perfumes, deodorants, and makeup can effect the finish of your jewellery. Get rid of moisture when wearing and storing your pieces.

Storage

Store your pieces separately. Using a jewellery box will prevent scratching and tangling. When keeping your jewellery stored away, a silica gel satchel will keep it fresher for longer and extend the time period between cleaning.

Cleaning

The easiest way to care for your gold jewellery at home is to make a mixture of 10 parts water and 2 parts dish soap. Soak your pieces for at least two hours, then polish with a soft cloth. Never use paper towels to polish your jewellery.

Sterling silver requires special care to preserve its appearance and longevity.

Sterling silver tarnishes when exposed to salty air, chlorine, sulfur, humidity, perspiration, cosmetics, household bleach and other strong chemicals. But can easily be cleaned with a jewellery polishing cloth.

To prevent tarnish as much as possible, we recommend that you store your fine jewellery in a safe, dry place and avoid contact with lotion, hair products, fragrances and cosmetics.

How to Clean Sterling Silver

1. Apply a small amount of silver jewellery cleaner to a soft cloth.

2. Gently rub the silver with the cloth several times.

3. Rinse the silver thoroughly in warm water.

4. Blot dry and shine your silver with a polishing cloth. This will remove the tarnish and restore shine.

Keep your jewellery away from water, contact with perfume, lotion and other chemicals.

Clean your jewellery with a chemical free polishing cloth.

Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place.

When cleaning silk, ‘easy does it’ is the rule of thumb. For a gentle refresh, hand-wash it in cool water with a specialist silk detergent. Stains should go straight to the dry cleaner’s – if you scrub at them yourself, you could do permanent damage.

Wrap your silk item in a fresh, clean towel and roll it up to remove excess water. Then smooth it out on another towel or a rack and leave it to dry naturally, away from direct sunlight. NEVER throw it into a tumble dryer – it’ll shrink and shrivel.

Smoothing out your silk before drying should remove most of the wrinkles. Give it a gentle once over with a cool iron on the reverse to leave it looking flawless.

Always put your silk away clean – in a cool, dry place. Keep it folded in a breathable cotton bag or hang it in a clothing cover.
