We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made, but will always do our best to help when we can.

Pre-order pieces are made to order and will ship from the estimated date shown on the product page. Payment is taken in full when your order is placed.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order pieces, we’ll ship your in-stock items straight away, with your pre-order pieces following as soon as they’re ready.
