We believe in creating high-quality designer pieces to wear — and love — for a long time.

If you experience a fault, even outside our 12-month warranty, please get in touch. We’ll always do our best to look after you.

*Please note, all items purchased during The Last Edition Sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

We stand by the quality of our pieces and offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. Every item is carefully checked before leaving our studio, but if something isn’t right, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage or improper care. As leather is a natural material, variations in grain, texture and colour are part of its character and are not considered faults.

Please keep leather and hardware away from perfumes, cosmetics, hand sanitiser and other alcohol-based products.

Our warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Please note, we’re currently unable to accept any returns from North America and will contact you prior to shipping to confirm your acceptance.

We want you to love your DYLAN KAIN purchase. Full-price items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.

All returns must be unused, unworn and in original condition, with tags and packaging included.

Full Price — Eligible for exchange or store credit.

Sale & Final Sale — All sale items, including items purchased with a promotional discount, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Earrings — For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be processed once received.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
